Come posso scorrere una query MySQL tramite PDO in PHP?

Ecco un esempio per l'utilizzo di PDO per connettersi a un DB, per dirgli di generare eccezioni invece di errori php (aiuterà con il debug) e utilizzare istruzioni parametrizzate invece di sostituire i valori dinamici nella query da soli (altamente consigliato):
