Valori totali di tutte le chiavi nel documento secondario

Non esiste un modo nel framework di aggregazione mongodb per trattare una chiave all'interno di un documento come dati che puoi esaminare o manipolare. Una soluzione alternativa è trasformare ciò che stai usando come chiavi qui (ad es. tipo di frutta e nome del negozio) in valori come questo:
