In Mysql c'è un trucco economico per farlo:

mysql> select ~0;
+----------------------+
| ~0                   |
+----------------------+
| 18446744073709551615 |
+----------------------+

la tilde è la negazione bit a bit. Il valore risultante è un bigint. Vedere:http://dev.mysql .com/doc/refman/5.1/en/bit-functions.html#operator_bitwise-invert

Per gli altri tipi di numeri interi, puoi usare l'operatore bitshift destro >> così:
