Query SQL - raccogliere dati in base all'intervallo di date - possibile numero variabile di colonne

Che produce dati in un formato simile al tuo esempio, con tutti i giorni nell'intervallo del rapporto e una riga per ogni persona. Da quanto sopra vedo:

A scopo di presentazione dovresti essere in grado di convertire il nome della colonna in una data visualizzabile (basta analizzare il AAAAMMGG dal nome della colonna). La data non può essere utilizzata direttamente come nome della colonna poiché produce un nome di colonna non valido.
