Problema con alter quindi aggiorna in try catch con tran usando Transact-SQL

Anche se sto scrivendo la mia risposta - tutto il merito va a @Mikael Eriksson, che ha suggerito che devo separare batch diversi con un GO - in modo che il codice che altera la tabella non sia in conflitto con il codice che utilizza la tabella alterata. Grazie Michele!
