Per evitare che venga creata una parola composta quando aggiungiamo address1 con address2, puoi usare questo - 

select Address1 + ' ' + Address2 as CompleteAddress from YourTable 
where Address1 + ' ' + Address2 like '%YourSearchString%'

Quindi, "123 Center St" e "Apt 3B" non saranno "123 Center StApt 3B" ma saranno "123 Center St Apt 3B".
