Symfony/Doctrine:come far funzionare Doctrine con socket Unix?

Dopo aver eseguito il debug del driver di Doctrine ho creato una soluzione non molto elegante, ma funziona comunque e può essere migliorata.

Non mi piace accedere alla variabile di ambiente nel driver stesso, ma forse questo può essere migliorato.
