Script DDL PostgreSQL idempotenti

Ma vorrei registrare qui uno script totalmente idempotente, senza link esterni.

Un semplice script che dimostra le capacità integrate idempotenti di PostgreSQL 9.5+. Puoi eseguire questo script tutte le volte che vuoi. Eccoci qui:
