Come memorizzare le informazioni sull'eccezione / errore di MySQL Trigger nella tabella o nelle variabili

Ho trovato un hack tramite DECLARE CONTINUE HANDLER e GET DIAGNOSTICS CONDITION , quindi ho pensato, devo condividerlo qui.

Ecco il mio script finale completo che mantiene il backup (sincronizzazione) per entrambi i database users table cosa significa che qualsiasi aggiornamento su test_db1 (che potremmo chiamarlo come DB di produzione) si verificherà su test_db2 (che potremmo chiamare come stagingDB):
