Sql:differenza tra due date

Ottenere il numero di giorni esclusi sabato e domenica non è così difficile, troverai diverse soluzioni per questo su SO.

Considerare le vacanze è più impegnativo. Una soluzione è utilizzare Oracle SCHEDULER . Per impostazione predefinita, viene utilizzato per SCHEDULER JOBS , tuttavia non vedo alcun motivo per non usarlo per altri scopi.

Il problema più grande è il giorno di Pasqua, vedi qui:Computus. Penso che il modo più efficiente sia codificare le date e mantenerle manualmente.
