C'è un modo per creare o aggiornare un indice MongoDB?

Guardando il driver Ho implementato un CreateOrUpdateIndex metodo di estensione che confronta i documenti dell'indice grezzo e se le opzioni dell'indice sono cambiate l'indice viene sostituito (purché il nome dell'indice rimanga lo stesso):
