Stai chiedendo di rinominare la colonna stessa o di capitalizzare i dati all'interno della colonna? Se devi modificare i suoi dati, usa questo:

SET word=UPPER(LEFT(word,1))+LOWER(SUBSTRING(word,2,LEN(word)))
Se si desidera modificarlo solo per la visualizzazione e non è necessario modificare i dati effettivi nella tabella:
