Puoi utilizzare strtotime() di PHP funzione:

// One month from today
$date = date('Y-m-d', strtotime('+1 month'));

// One month from a specific date
$date = date('Y-m-d', strtotime('+1 month', strtotime('2015-01-01')));

Tieni presente che +1 month non è sempre calcolato intuitivamente. Sembra che aggiunga sempre il numero di giorni che esistono nel mese corrente.
