Sembra che tu abbia bisogno di FULL OUTER JOIN
ed escludere la parte comune. Puoi simularlo con:

FROM T2
LEFT JOIN T1

Sfortunatamente MySQL
non supporta FULL OUTER JOIN
quindi ho usato l'unione di 2 LEFT JOIN
.
