Query efficiente, bridge di tabelle/indicizzazione e struttura

Ecco un inizio:

from 
schedule 
inner join semester 
on schedule.semester_id = semester.id

on office_hours.id = schedule.???

Non è chiaro come office_hours sia correlato alla pianificazione?
