Come impostare manualmente il valore seed su 1000 in MySQL

Per impostare quando crei la tua tabella:

CREATE TABLE xxx(...) AUTO_INCREMENT = 1000;

Per impostare dopo aver creato la tabella:

ALTER TABLE xxx AUTO_INCREMENT = 1000;
