MYSQL - Dividi i dati in più righe

Puoi utilizzare una procedura memorizzata che utilizza un cursore per risolvere questo problema, ma non è molto elegante ma nemmeno un elenco di writer separato da virgole!

C'era il codice seguente in giro da una domanda simile, ma faresti meglio a controllarlo a fondo.
