Questa soluzione di errore è molto semplice, in primo luogo, capiamo perché si verifica questo errore. Fondamentalmente ha due ragioni che sono:
1) Il nome del database e del servizio non è impostato correttamente nell'ambiente Oracle, dovrebbe essere lo stesso ovunque controlla i valori dei parametri sotto
-ORACLE_SID in oracle environment.
-SID_NAME in tnsnames.ora file.
-SERVICE_NAME in listener.ora file.
2) Nome host/indirizzo IP mancante, non corretto o errato di ortografia, quindi controlla quanto segue.
-Check the IP ADDRESS in /etc/hosts file.
-It should be same in listener.ora and tnsnames.ora file
-And it should be able to ping from the local and remote server.

Nota: Ora qui ho riscontrato che il problema nella configurazione dell'indirizzo IP non esegue il ping, quindi ho apportato alcune modifiche al driver eth1 del mio sistema operativo nella macchina VMware.
