creare Oracle View per confrontare i dati in base alle condizioni

Potresti controllare la seguente query, ho creato tutti i casi all'interno di with clausola e poi farne unione.

Non abbiamo bisogno di full join non più e accedendo alla tabella per ogni caso viene riscritta.
