Ho un problema con il ridimensionamento dell'immagine nella colonna BLOB in Oracle 12c

Ordimage è stato rimosso da 19c (so che stai usando 12c) ma ecco un modo per farlo senza Ordimage. Mi ci è voluta circa una settimana per ricostruire da più fonti e un sacco di letture, googling e tentativi ed errori.

Si spera che questo possa aiutare qualcun altro che ha bisogno di ridimensionare un'immagine in Oracle 19c.
