Esecuzione di più comandi come altro nome utente all'interno di un file nella shell BASH

Prova a utilizzare un heredoc :

sudo -iu user oracle <<XXX
cd /tmp;
. .sourceme;
sqlplus user/password << EOF;
SPOOL logfile.lst;
@runme.sql;
spool off;
exit;
EOF;
XXX
