Non puoi avere un numero dinamico di colonne del genere, ma puoi concatenare i tuoi dati in stringa:

oppure puoi girare le righe con PIVOT command o manualmente (Preferisco quest'ultimo approccio, mi sembra solo più flessibile, ma pivot può ridurre notevolmente la quantità di codice in determinate situazioni ):
