Quello che vuoi fare è prima controllare il record esistente e, se non esiste, allora aggiungine uno nuovo. Il tuo codice tenterà sempre di aggiungere un nuovo record. Suppongo che tu stia usando Linq2Sql (basato su InsertOnSubmit )?
