Come posso ottenere l'elenco dei database in Postgresql in Python

Fai tutto con pg_dumpall e psql come superutente

pg_dumpall -h localhost -U postgres -f pg_dumpall.sql

Se vuoi copiare solo lo schema, usa --schema-only parametro.

Per ripristinarlo in un altro cluster

psql -f pg_dumpall.sql postgres
