Puoi fare qualcosa come il seguente:

Questo crea un elenco di praticamente tutte le date. Quindi filtri per le date che ti interessano, unisciti al tuo tavolo e gruppo.
Puoi anche sostituire le date nell'istruzione where con sottoquery (data minima e massima della tabella) per renderla dinamica
È un po' una soluzione alternativa, ma funziona.
