Tabella pivot MySQL con intestazioni dinamiche basate su dati a colonna singola

Dai un'occhiata a questo thread simile in cui ho scritto un sp per svolgere l'attività

Unisci due tabelle (con una relazione 1-M) in cui la seconda tabella deve essere "appiattita" in una riga

modifica. Risposta aggiornata
